The paper contain the literature and own experimental data on peptid/serotoninergic regulation of pancreatic activity. Peptid- and serotoninergic mechanisms of regulation of pancreas activity are described. The experimental data on serotonin influence on pancreatic duct motility under pancreatitis are given.
