Summary

This study explored the genetic basis of creativity, focusing on dopamine (DA) transmission genes. While individual gene associations were nominal, significant interactions between catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) and dopamine D2 receptor (DRD2) genes suggest coordinated genetic contributions to creative potential.
