[Extraction of lipids for the complex quantitative assessment of free-radical oxidation]

Studies of the extracting ability of hexane-isopropanol (2:1) and chloroform-methanol in respect of lipid substrates, their peroxidation products and antioxidative activity have demonstrated the advantages of using the hexane lipid phase.
