Slow platelet recovery pattern during the 2011 dengue outbreak: a preliminary report

During the 2011 dengue outbreak, patients showed slower platelet recovery compared to the 2010 outbreak. This study confirms slower platelet count increases in dengue fever patients during the 2011 Colombo epidemic.
