Background:

Intravitreal injections are common treatments for various retinal conditions.
Bleb-associated infections are a known, though infrequent, complication.

Purpose of the Study:

To report two distinct cases of bleb-associated infections following intravitreal injections.
To highlight the clinical presentation and management of these infections.

Main Methods:

Case report methodology detailing two patients with different underlying conditions and treatments.
Patient 1: Choroidal neovascular membrane treated with ranibizumab.
Patient 2: Cystoid macular edema treated with triamcinolone acetonide.

Main Results:

Case 1: Culture-negative blebitis resolved with antibiotics, preserving vision and bleb function.
Case 2: Streptococcus pneumoniae endophthalmitis required extensive treatment, including vitrectomy, resulting in poor vision.

Conclusions:
