A novel electrochemically controlled in-tube solid phase microextraction (EC in-tube SPME) method enhances naproxen detection sensitivity and reduces analysis time. This automated technique, coupled with HPLC, shows promise for analyzing pharmaceutical compounds in complex matrices like urine.
