8-Methyladenosine-substituted analogs of 2-5A: synthesis and properties
Nucleic Acids Symposium Series
|January 1, 1989
Abstract:
Four 8-methyladenosine-substituted analogs of 2-5A were obtained by a synthesis which involved a modification of the lead ion-catalyzed ligation reaction. Substituent of an 8-methyladenosine residue at the third position (2'-terminal) of the oligonucleotides increased the stability to snake venom phosphodiesterase digestion.
