Choroidal nevus in an eye with polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy

Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) can be diagnosed using fundus autofluorescence (FAF) imaging. Intravitreal aflibercept effectively treats pigment epithelial detachment in PCV, maintaining visual acuity.
