Tocilizumab (TCZ) treatment significantly reduced inflammation markers and disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. While serum COMP levels showed a non-significant decrease, TCZ may impact joint destruction, especially in patients previously treated with anti-TNF therapies.
