Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl. alleviates diabetic retinopathy by preventing retinal inflammation and tight junction

The ethanol extract of Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl. (DC) alleviates diabetic retinopathy (DR) by reducing inflammation and preserving blood retinal barrier integrity. This traditional Chinese medicine protects against DR complications in diabetic rats.
