Kiovsky is a professor of clinical family medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine and the executive director of the Indiana Area Health Education Centers Network, Indianapolis. Diana J. Mason is the Rudin Professor of Nursing and codirector of the Center for Health, Media and Policy at the School of Nursing, City University of New York. Cordelia D.
