Relative and absolute structure of phomolide C

Phomolide C, a compound from Diaporthe fungus, had its full 3D structure determined. Detailed Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Electronic Circular Dichroism (ECD) studies revealed its stereochemistry.
