Diverticulum With Papillae: Does Position of Papilla Affect Technical Success?

Peripapillary diverticulum (PPD) presence impacts endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) cannulation, especially with papilla at 1 o'clock. However, PPD does not affect overall ERCP success or complication rates.
