Comparison of five diagnostic methods for Helicobacter pylori

- Invasive diagnostic methods, particularly histology and RUT, provide superior accuracy for H. pylori detection.
- Relying solely on non-invasive tests may compromise the accuracy of H. pylori diagnosis.
