  • One patient with recurrent PRES died from multiorgan failure, while three recovered without neurological deficits.

  • Close monitoring of blood pressure and underlying conditions is vital in patients with a history of PRES.
  • Further research into the specific mechanisms and management of recurrent pediatric PRES is warranted.
