Background:

Multidisciplinary dental treatment planning is essential for complex cases.
Restorative modalities offer solutions for functional and aesthetic deficits.
Addressing anterior open bite and curve of Spee requires careful consideration.

Observation:

A case study involving a patient with an anterior open bite and exaggerated curve of Spee.
The patient presented with aesthetic concerns regarding maxillary anterior teeth width/length ratio.
Posterior function was compromised.

Findings:

Successful correction of anterior open bite and curve of Spee achieved through restorative modalities.
Restored maxillary anterior teeth exhibited improved width/length proportions and aesthetic harmony with mandibular veneers.
Restored posterior function using implant-retained crowns.
Established occlusal harmony and stability via cuspid guidance and anterior disclusion.

Implications:

A multidisciplinary approach can yield excellent functional and aesthetic outcomes in dental rehabilitation.
Careful selection of restorative materials is critical for the longevity of dental restorations.
This approach provides a viable treatment pathway for patients with similar complex dental conditions.
