Yoga: Managing overweight in mid-life T2DM

Intensive integrated approach of yoga therapy (IAYT) significantly reduced body fat, BMI, and resting metabolism in overweight adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). This 7-day intervention shows promise for managing T2DM complications.
