Comparison of Low-Dose Higher-Relaxivity and Standard-Dose Lower-Relaxivity Contrast Media for Delayed-Enhancement

A lower dose of gadobenate dimeglumine (0.1 mmol/kg) provides delayed-enhancement MRI comparable to a standard dose of gadopentetate dimeglumine (0.2 mmol/kg). This finding supports using reduced gadobenate dimeglumine for myocardial imaging.
