Investigating selected patient safety indicators using medical records data

• To analyze and report the calculated Patient Safety Indicators (PSIs) at Alzahra Hospital in Isfahan.
• To assess the current status of patient safety within the hospital based on AHRQ-defined indicators.
• To provide data for identifying areas needing improvement in patient safety protocols.
