Background:

Interprofessional education and collaborative practice (IPECP) impact on Triple Aim outcomes is critical.
A lack of standardized data collection hindered IPECP outcome analysis.

To describe the development and adoption of the National Center Data Repository (NCDR).
To capture data on IPECP processes and outcomes.
To support analysis of IPECP's relationship with the Triple Aim.

Development and implementation of a web-based survey.
Design of the National Center Data Repository (NCDR).
Standardization of data collection methods for IPECP.
