Summary
Intraoperative unscrolling time for Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK) tissue does not impact 6-month endothelial cell loss (ECL). Longer unscrolling times are not associated with donor age, scroll tightness, or S stamp presence in DMEK surgery.
