Mapping brain morphological and functional conversion patterns in predementia late-onset bvFTD

Functional neuroimaging reveals hypometabolism precedes atrophy in behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD) predementia stages. This finding may aid in early diagnosis and patient selection for clinical trials.
