Interleukin 8 Gene Polymorphisms Are Not Associated with Tuberculosis Susceptibility in the Chinese Population

This study found no significant association between Interleukin 8 (IL8) gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and tuberculosis (TB) susceptibility in the Chinese population. The IL8 gene variations did not influence the risk of developing TB.
