Arthroscopic surgery effectively treats elbow stiffness, improving range of motion. This minimally invasive technique yielded high patient satisfaction and excellent University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) scores.

Purpose of the Study:

To present the arthroscopic surgical technique for elbow stiffness.
To evaluate the outcomes of arthroscopic treatment for elbow stiffness.

Main Methods:

Ten patients with elbow stiffness underwent arthroscopic treatment.
Follow-up ranged from 11 to 27 months.
Clinical evaluation used the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) criteria.

Main Results:

All patients reported satisfaction with the arthroscopic treatment.
