Ameloblastic fibroma: report of case

A case of ameloblastic fibroma of the mandible in a 7-year-old girl is presented. The case is of interest because of the unusually large size of the lesion. The lesion was treated with conservative surgical enucleation. There has been no evidence of recurrence of the lesion during the 14-mongh postoperative period.
