Microfocused ultrasound with visualization (MFU-V) combined with cosmetic injectables like botulinum toxin-A and dermal fillers shows a favorable safety profile. Most adverse events were mild and unrelated to combined treatments, suggesting MFU-V is safe with other aesthetic procedures.
