Biologic interventions offer a small to moderate reduction in fatigue for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Both anti-tumor necrosis factor (anti-TNF) and non-anti-TNF biologics show similar effectiveness in improving RA fatigue symptoms.

- The quality of included RCTs was moderate, with a low to unclear risk of bias in fatigue outcome reporting; long-term fatigue changes were not assessed.
