Abstract:
It is a positive indication of the growing maturity and importance of the field of gerontological nursing that a new peer-reviewed journal should make its welcome appearance. This paper reports on the lessons learned from three projects which attempted to involve older people themselves in the study of service developments. The authors offer reflections upon the nature and implications of such involvements.
