[Short-term storage of isolated hepatocytes under profound hypothermic conditions]

The hypothermic storage of rat liver parenchymal cells in the sucrose-salt medium is studied. It is demonstrated that short-term hepatocyte storage at 4 degrees C results in a slight imbalance, that evidences for sufficient adaptive potencies of these cells to the temperature fall.
