Age and B-symptoms predict poor survival in cutaneous Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS). Patients with multifocal lesions or concurrent skin and systemic disease also face poorer outcomes.

- To evaluate clinical, histopathologic, and prognostic factors in patients with PTCL-NOS affecting the skin.
- To identify predictors of survival in cutaneous PTCL-NOS.

- Thirty patients with cutaneous PTCL-NOS were analyzed; 14 had skin-only disease, and 15 had concurrent skin and systemic disease.
- For primary cutaneous PTCL-NOS, the 5-year overall survival was 61% with a median survival of 5.6 years.
- Patients with concurrent disease had a significantly poorer prognosis, with a 5-year survival of 29% and a median survival of 3.9 years.
Conclusions:
- Age at diagnosis and presence of B-symptoms are significant predictors of poor survival.
- Multifocal lesions and concomitant systemic PTCL-NOS indicate a worse prognosis.
