Type II endometrial cancers: A case series.

Background:

• Endometrial cancer (EC) is a significant gynecological malignancy in India.
• EC is classified into Type I and Type II, with Type II being more aggressive and having a poorer prognosis.
• Type II EC, though less common, accounts for a disproportionate number of recurrences and deaths.

Purpose of the Study:

• To analyze the clinicopathological features of Type II endometrial carcinoma.
• To identify the most common subtype of Type II EC.
• To highlight the importance of recognizing Type II EC for distinct clinical management.
