Ichthyosis uteri with leiomyoma

Ichthyosis uteri, a rare endometrial condition, was diagnosed in a patient with abnormal bleeding. Despite initial concerns for malignancy, the condition was found to be benign, though vigilance for uterine cancer is advised.
