Abstract:
This paper presents new results obtained using the U.S. national gamma-ray facility Gammasphere, which has been operating at the ATLAS accelerator at Argonne National Laboratory since January 1998. Gammasphere was built at Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory and used primarily as a powerful spectrometer for studying nuclei at the highest spins [1].
