An atypical nonsebaceous lymphadenoma with diffuse lymphoepithelial differentiation

A rare salivary gland tumor, nonsebaceous lymphadenoma, was identified in a 44-year-old woman. This atypical variant features unusual nuclear atypia and marked lymphoepithelial differentiation, crucial for accurate diagnosis.
