Atypical Carcinoid Tumor with Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) Rearrangement Successfully Treated by an ALK

Crizotinib, an anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitor, successfully reduced an atypical carcinoid tumor with ALK rearrangement. This marks the first report of ALK-targeted therapy efficacy in such a rare cancer presentation.
