Audiological and Electrophysiological Changes in Patients with Vitiligo

Vitiligo patients show significant audiological and electrophysiological differences compared to controls, indicating potential cochlear function decline. These hearing changes, including otoacoustic emission and auditory brainstem response alterations, are more pronounced in generalized vitiligo.
