Abstract:
A connective tissue regenerate, presented by granulation tissue, appears over the smooth and even surface of operative wounds produced by the dermatome scalpel in the donor areas in the process of healing. Argentophilic membrane appears over the free granulation surface. Source of wound epithelium regeneration at the donor areas is largely the epithelium of the skin appendages. At the end of the third week, with adequate healing, process, the wound in the donor areas epithelializes. The process of healing of this wound may be impeded, when infection with exudate appears on the granulation tissue surface. Then epithelialization of the wound does not occur.
