Summary

Patients with cone dystrophy (CD) exhibit significantly thinner choroids, as revealed by enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography (EDI-OCT). This thinning correlates with central foveal thickness but not visual acuity or electroretinography (ERG) responses.
