[Organic changes of the visual system rendering difficult the attainment of binocular vision in children]

The authoress analyses 36 cases of children with organic changes of the visual system who revealed secondary squint. She tries to give evidence that the presence of structural changes makes difficult the treatment of squint and very often the organic changes are superimposed by functional changes.
