Incidental 99mTc-HDP Uptake in a Dominant Thyroid Nodule on Bone Scan

A bone scan incidentally found an enlarged thyroid gland with abnormal tracer uptake. Further tests confirmed a benign nodule within a nodular goiter, not related to bone metabolism.
