Early voiding dysfunction after midurethral sling surgery: comparison of two management approaches

Early voiding dysfunction after midurethral sling surgery can resolve with mobilization or continued catheterization. Mobilization may reduce recurrent stress urinary incontinence risk compared to delayed sling lysis.
