Summary

Deep sclerectomy (DS) improved corneal biomechanics, increasing corneal hysteresis (CH) and decreasing corneal resistance factor (CRF). Postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction was key for optic nerve head (ONH) changes after DS.
