The renin-aldosterone system is an endocrine system which guides the renal absorption of water and electrolytes, thus managing blood pressure and osmoregulation. Summary

Ormeloxifene effectively treated perimenopausal menorrhagia in women with normal or bulky uteri. The treatment led to amenorrhea in 90% of patients, with significant improvements in endometrial thickness and hemoglobin levels.
