Summary

Osteopontin (OPN) N-half in urine may serve as a novel biomarker for lupus nephritis (LN) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Urinary OPN N-half levels decreased with LN treatment, indicating its potential for monitoring disease activity.
