To develop a week-long Junior Faculty Core Curriculum tailored to faculty schedules.
To enhance the early career development of junior faculty.

Collaboration between the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) and the University of Rochester Medical Center Office for Faculty Development.
Focus groups identified key curriculum themes, and local senior faculty served as speakers.
Continuous evaluation and modification of the curriculum based on participant feedback.
