Copper-64 chloride (64CuCl2) PET/CT demonstrates superior detection of prostate cancer recurrence compared to 18F-choline PET/CT, especially in patients with low PSA levels. This imaging tracer offers better pelvic visualization and a significant increase in detection rates.
