Process development of a FGF21 protein-antibody conjugate

A new manufacturing process for the Fibroblast Growth Factor 21 (FGF21) protein-antibody conjugate, CVX-343, was developed. This optimized process improves efficiency and product quality for this metabolic disease therapeutic.
