[Bilateral intra-ligamentous traumatic rupture of both patellar tendons--a case report]

The authors report on a rare case of a bilateral intra-ligamentous rupture of the patellar ligaments and describe their technique of reconstruction. Special emphasis is given to the correct adjustment of the length of the patellar ligament.
