Summary
Intranodal palisaded myofibroblastoma (IPM) is a rare benign tumor. This case highlights IPM in submandibular lymph nodes, with successful surgical removal and no recurrence.

- Histological examination revealed an encapsulated fusocellular proliferation with nuclear palisading.
- Key features included amianthoid fibers, hemosiderin pigment, and extravasated erythrocytes, confirming IPM diagnosis.
Implications:
- This case expands the known locations of IPM to include the submandibular lymph nodes.
- Complete surgical excision resulted in no recurrence at 5-year follow-up, suggesting a favorable prognosis.
