Changes in abnormal muscle tension pattern after fiberoptic injection laryngoplasty

Fiberoptic injection laryngoplasty significantly reduces abnormal muscle tension patterns (MTPs) in patients with glottal insufficiency, particularly those with unilateral vocal fold paralysis. The procedure effectively improved MTP scores, indicating better vocal fold function post-treatment.
